Consultation

With the extensive experience in the energy business, our professional consultants find solutions to many of our customers’ challenges - no matter how unique those might be. Deployment and Data Migration

Our team of experts evaluates your unique customer needs and goals, along with all the existing utility data, and creates an implementation plan in cooperation with you. We work with you throughout the entire deployment project, whether that be software installation, configuration and customization, integration over to your other IT systems, or data conversion. Thanks to our long experience and an extensive library of tools, we provide you with data conversion services from most existing systems to any Trimble solution. If needed, we also provide data gathering and digitizing services in cooperation with our partners.

​To maximize your benefits, we also work with you to streamline your processes, identify new possibilities for efficiency, and plan and execute user training, so that your entire team can fully embrace the provided solutions, ensuring you a smooth transition.

Version Deliveries

The latest product versions contain the most up-to-date capabilities.

We make sure to inform our customers of all the available and upcoming updates to their solutions. Our experts can also carry out the version installation or help customers with it, ensuring that possible database updates are successful, changes in the environment are done correctly, and the updated system functions as expected.

The version upgrades can be combined with training or consultation services to help maximize the benefits of the new version.

Training

We fulfill all training needs related to our solutions, by providing general or tailored training for both system administrators and professional end users.

Our well-defined training courses allow you to utilize the system to its fullest potential:
  • During and after deployment of new solutions, to train the key users on all the system functionalities, and all system users in the specific functionalities they need in their work.
  • Any time upon request, for example, when there are changes in roles of the system administrators, or there are new users who require training.
  • When there are new functionalities in the system, for example, done at version upgrades or specific utility requests.

The training can be arranged either on-site or at Trimble premises. 

Helpdesk

​​Trimble Energy helpdesks support the daily utility operations so that our systems function as expected and any problems are solved as quickly as possible. Thanks to our global presence, there is always help available for urgent situations, no matter what time of the day. Together with training and consultation services, our helpdesks ensure that the utility employees can concentrate on their core business and use their systems as efficiently as possible.

​Software as a Service

​For utilities that wish to outsource keeping their software up-to-date, we offer a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
We manage the hardware and the software related to the product – partly or entirely, leaving your utility free to concentrate on the data stored in the system.
